1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Appraiser Marketing Group ("AMG," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Appraiser Marketing Group provides digital marketing services specifically designed for real estate appraisers, including but not limited to:

• AI Market Domination systems
• Website design and development
• Social media marketing
• Citation building and management
• Lead generation services
• AI voice and chat bot implementation

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of AMG, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Review and approve content before publication
• Maintain current and accurate contact information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service. One-time setup fees are due upon project initiation. Monthly subscription fees are billed on the same day each month. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom content created specifically for their business. AMG retains ownership of proprietary systems, methodologies, and templates. Stock images, third-party tools, and licensed materials remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information. Business data, marketing strategies, and proprietary information shared with AMG will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

AMG provides marketing services on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or lead volumes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services during the period in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date. Access to AMG systems and tools will be revoked upon termination.

9. Modifications to Terms

AMG reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
